Creactivity, the Information Technology and Intellectual Property Department (IT/IP) is composed of lawyers who are acknowledged for their contributions to scientific works both at the national and international level.
The members of the department have developed a specific expertise in various branches of Information Technology and Intellectual Property law. They handle all aspects of counsel and litigation.
Creactivity assists and advises firms and private individuals (authors, inventors, R&D staff, etc. ) on the procedures meant to safeguard their activities and transactions. Creativity also works to help its clients reach the best protection for their investments and creations.
The department has acquired an extensive experience in supporting IT projects of all kinds (database development, websites, outsourcing, etc.) from their preparatory stage to their full achievement.
Creativity offers a wide range of services. With the support of Lexing’s specialized lawyers, it analyses IT projects with regard to all legal areas (social, law, tax law, company law, etc.).
