Un outil gratuit pour contrôler la conformité de votre site internet
Le Comité européen de la Protection des Données (CEPD) a conçu un nouvel outil d’audit de sites web pour vous aider à analyser la conformité de votre site web aux règles applicables en matière de protection des données à caractère personnel.
Développé dans le cadre du programme Support Pool of Experts(SPE) du CEPD, cet outil est destiné :
aux auditeurs juridiques et techniques des autorités de protection des données ;
à tout responsable de traitement et sous-traitant souhaitant tester son propre site web.
Le lancement de cet outil s’inscrit dans les efforts du CEPD pour soutenir les autorités de protection des données et les entreprises et favoriser un environnement numérique plus respectueux de la vie privée.
Contrairement à de nombreux outils d’audit de sites web existants qui nécessitent une expertise technique, l’outil du CEPD se présente comme un outil dont l’utilisation est à la portée de tous. Il permet de préparer, réaliser et évaluer des audits directement en visitant le site concerné.
L’outil peut également générer des rapports détaillés pour faciliter l’analyse et la documentation de la conformité aux réglementations sur la protection des données.
Se procurer l’outil
L’outil est disponible en anglais, français, allemand, italien et espagnol sous la forme d’un logiciel open source gratuit.
