Le chômage temporaire procédure simplifiée en cas de force majeure
Le coronavirus est reconnu depuis le début de la pandémie comme un cas de force majeure en matière d’octroi des allocations de chômage. D’ailleurs, le chômage temporaire version simplifiée pour cause de Covid est prolongé jusqu’au 30 juin 2022.
A partir du 1er avril 2022, la procédure simplifiée est également applicable au chômage temporaire pour cause de guerre en Ukraine. L’ONEM admet que la situation en Ukraine est un cas de force majeure. Par conséquent, les entreprises confrontées à l’obligation de diminuer leur production en raison de la situation en Ukraine peuvent recourir à cette procédure simplifiée.
Nouvelles modifications en matière de plan bonus
Une nouvelle CCT règlementant les plans bonus a été conclue le 22 février 2022. Il s’agit de la CCT 90/4.
Les modifications concernent les employeurs qui veulent inclure dans leur plan bonus des objectifs relatifs au bien-être et/ou à la mobilité des travailleurs.
Dans cette hypothèse, les modèles d’actes ont été modifiés. Si le plan ne contient pas de tels objectifs, les règles applicables ne changent pas.
Petit rappel, de manière générale et quel que soit l’objectif fixé, un plan bonus qui concerne toute l’année civile 2022 doit être déposé au plus tard le 30 avril.
