La responsabilité sociétale des entreprises (RSE), que l’on appelle aussi l’entreprise durable, est “un processus d’amélioration dans le cadre duquel les entreprises intègrent de manière volontaire, systématique et cohérente des considérations d’ordre social, environnemental et économique, cela en concertation avec leurs parties prenantes”.
Le cadre de référence de la responsabilité sociétale de notre association est décrit sur notre site.
Les objections au papier recyclé étant levées, l’association fait un pas de plus vers l’entreprise durable, à l’initiative de ses collaborateurs, en utilisant désormais du papier recyclé, ce qui est manifestement une bonne chose pour une entreprise aussi consommatrice de papier qu’un cabinet d’avocats.
Nous avons choisi le papier Multicopy qui bénéficie des labels FSC mixte, Cygne Blanc, TCF et Ecolabel.
FSC Mixte
Le label ‘FSC mix(te)’ garantit que toutes les composantes bois ou en fibre bois du produit résultent d’un processus de fabrication où des matières FSC ont été mélangées avec des matières recyclées et/ou contrôlées. Chaque produit muni du label FSC Mixte exprime l’utilisation d’au minimum 70% d’inputs FSC.
Cygne Blanc
Le Cygne Blanc (Miljömärkningen Svanen, également appelé The Nordic Swan ou plus simplement The Swan) est un label environnemental d’origine scandinave.
Délivré pour une durée de 3 ans, il encourage une conception durable des produits.
TCF
TCF signifie « Totally Chlorine Free ». Ce label garantit que la pâte à papier a été blanchie en utilisant péroxyde d’hydrogène et ozone sans aucune utilisation de chlore.
EU Ecolabel
L’EU Ecolabel est un label écologique. Ce label est uniquement octroyé à des produits ayant un impact réduit sur l’environnement. Les produits se composent pour au moins 50 % de papier recyclé ou pour au moins 50 % de fibres issues d’une gestion durable des forêts. La production du papier ne peut en aucun cas recourir à des substances toxiques. Le blanchiment au chlore gazeux est également interdit. Les azurants optiques (additifs chimiques régulièrement utilisés pour blanchir intensivement le papier) ne sont toutefois pas interdits. Ce label impose des normes maximales d’émission de substances nocives dans l’eau et l’air lors de la production, comme le soufre, le phosphore et les substances organochlorées adsorbables. De même, il applique des normes en matière de consommation énergétique et d’émissions de CO2. Un système de gestion des déchets doit également être mis en place. Les produits sont testés pour leur efficacité.
