Ce pack vise à encadrer juridiquement les relations entre votre entreprise et les visiteurs et/ou clients de son site web. Il permet de sécuriser ces relations et d´assurer le respect des contraintes d’informations légales applicables en matière de services en ligne.

Check-list préliminaire ;
Entretien personnalisé d´évaluation du projet (une heure) à l’un de nos bureaux ou en visioconférence (suivant votre choix) ;
Élaboration de conditions générales « sur mesure » compte tenu des spécificités du projet ;
Rédaction d´une brève consultation comportant des conseils quant à la mise en place du site web et la présentation de son contenu (en ce compris les conditions générales) afin d´assurer la conformité avec les exigences légales applicables
