Dans le cadre du recyclage régulier en assurances organisé par HELMo CRIG, Laurent-Olivier HENROTTE dispensera la formation intitulée „Assurances de la construction : couvertures, exclusions et déchéances“.
Au programme
La formation a pour objet de présenter les principales caractéristiques sur un plan juridique et sur un plan contractuel des produits d’assurance les plus importants dans le cadre de la construction de bâtiments.
Les points suivant seront abordés :
l’assurance RC décennale logement obligatoire
l’assurance RC professionnelle des concepteurs
la TRC
l’assurance RC exploitation
l’assurance RC après livraison.
Une attention particulière sera accordée au champ d’application de ces différents produits d’assurance ainsi qu’aux clauses d’exclusions et de déchéance de la couverture.
La présentation mettra en lumière l’agencement, notamment chronologique, et la complémentarité de ces assurances dans la couverture de sinistres éventuels.
