The association’s Regalien department assists and counsels public authorities (federal, regional or local), as well as private companies and individuals.
It advises companies wanting to set up in Belgium, providing them with details on Belgian procurement procedures, planning regulations, expropriation, etc.
It also supports public authorities wanting to develop new institutions, such as a municipal service company, or public-private partnership.
Regalien is composed with lawyers who have an in-depth knowledge of administrative law.
Regalien also has a strong experience regarding to the administrative procedural environment (Belgian Council of State (Conseil d’Etat), Constitutional Court and various other courts dealing with disputes involving the Belgian authorities).
